Coach Jeff Vaala

Coach Jeff Vaala brings over a decade of youth sports coaching experience and a deep commitment to player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. A longtime resident of Marin County, Jeff has served as a head coach in Ross Valley Little League for six seasons and is currently in his second year on the league’s board.

In addition to baseball, Jeff has spent the last six years coaching youth flag football, leading teams to four championship appearances and securing one championship win as head coach.

Originally from Minnesota, Jeff brings Midwestern values and a lifelong love for the game—especially when it comes to cheering on his favorite team, the Minnesota Vikings. Known for his supportive coaching style, Coach Jeff is passionate about helping young athletes grow their individual skills while learning the importance of teamwork, effort, and respect on and off the field.
